If you are looking for a job we invite you to participate in unique social project Livelihood Development Programme!
The project aims at removing existing obstacles in finding job and improving life quality of jewish families but not exclusively.

The project consists of the following steps:
1. 10-day Welcome to Work training course
The course will help you to learn more about labour market, to estimate your skills correctly and find your path to success. The course lasts for 2 week, Saturday and Sunday - days off.

The learning material of the course includes the following topics:

*get to know each other and psychological diagnosis
*communicative skills as basic need for successful employment
*introduction to labour market
*CV and covering letter
*Welcome to interview!

*brend of your person
*introduction to labour law
*how to deal with anxiety and fears
*work in team
The training will provide you with the necessary knowledge for successful employment: you will get to know your strengths and weaknesses, learn to write a good CV and pass a stressful interview! Experienced coaches will help you to estimate your strengths and weaknesses, to choose job which suits you best, to improve the quality of life.

2.Vocational training.

Having chosen your career path you have an ooportunity to:
*learn new job in vocational training center in your city
*update your knowledge or get additional knowledge in your profession
*take retraining courses.

After vocational training we keep working with the participants, providing them with information about available job positions.

LDP staff in your city will provide you consultation, give you infrmation about available positions.

The duration of the course is 2 weeks.
